when you say re-tumbled do you mean a new barrrel fitted? the problem i have is that the lock is so worn that any flat object can turn it without even being inserted much.

Does anyone know if the barrels can be repaired when worn? or is the best plan just to replace the whole handle and lock assembly? thus having yet MORE keys.

Just wondered what heating people have fitted to their busses?? have nothing at present so phishing for ideas and suggestions please.

Returned last week from a fortnight away in the van (1100 miles), started her up today and there is a rattle from the engine more of a tick noise consistent with the revs (when you rev the noise speeds up), oil and water okay. any ideas?

hi we have just finished the dregs of the gas bottle we got with our bus, its a 4.5kg butane calor, question is ...... On a full bottle this size how long can you say run the fridge for ? are they gas guzzlers? most of the time we'll have hookup but there may be the odd night in the wilderness. thanks
