Fitting a winch?

Post by Martin & Lynn »

has anyone ever toyed with the idea or actually fitted a winch to their bus? during our recent holiday we found a fantastic spot at the bottom of a slope and there had been a lot of rain overnight, we managed to reverse out at the third attempt as the back wheels were spinning a bit, after taking a short run at it we got out . For situations such as these a powered winch to assist the drive would be just the job, so wondered if anyone has any thoughts???

Yep mine fits onto the towball, or a strop around a tree and to the front towing eye.
