i also have a 2.1i auto (watercooled) i have a problem with stalling when the van is in gear, but stationary, and you turn the steering (i have power steering)the van then stalls. i have been told that i need to clean out the idle air control valve with carburetor cleaner . im going to be doing this...

van is going in for fixing at auto box specialist .......£1000 +vat OUCH!!!! but the good side to that is she'll be back on the road with a rebuilt box

anyone had an autobox refurbished ? i'm running 2.1i,

oil level is ok i recently changed the sump gasket the filter and filter gasket i have checked it in neutral as it should be done

i cant seem to stop hot air comming into the cab of my 2.1 wasserboxer is there something i can do as im going away in a couple of hours and it gets roasting in there . ive moved the controls in the dash but no...... joy help please
