Timing settings needed HEEELLLPPP female in distress

Hi having problems with my 1984 VW Transporter 1900 petrol, due to go to BugJam tomorrow and running like a bag of nails

But

Need to know the Firing order and Timing Degrees so that my friendly mobile mechanic can check the timing

Please guys any help female in distress xxx
