Re: Alloys?
Thanks peeps
That has sorted that problem.
Always a mine of information and help.
I'll try to get some carats. At least they fit.

Titus
Thanks for the quick reply.
I've read as much as I can take in from those sources.
I was wondering about the load bearing capacity as well as general fit. These seem to be within the guidelines from the Brickyard.
These alloys appear frequently from golfs MK4.

Alloys?
Hi All
I have the chance to buy VW alloys. These are given as:
6J x 15 ET 38.
Can anyone out there tell me if they will fit and what I need to do to get them on my van?
Cheers

Re: More efficient alternative to a 2.1i engine?
I've just come across this thread in the hope of getting updates from all of you who are looking at alternatives.I also thought about putting a modern tdi or subaru into my DJ. However, the LPG vs engine management upgrade seems very interesting and quite doable financially for someone like me witho...

Rust around windows good garage high Wycombe?
Hi all
I have rust around side windows and in tailgate. I'm painting with roller (via covkids DVD) and this is an ideal time to get windows done.
Can anyone recommend a good garage around high Wycombe that could take out windows and clean up rust?
Many thanks.

Re: Square headlights to round..easy fit?
Thanks Cruz! Whew missed out on those for a nice price! See exactly what you mean. I'm not at all sold on the round headlight thing but the BIG problem is locating a replacement for the corroded drivers side outer rectangular light to complete my present setup. I even telephoned Germany (as advised ...
