Indicators- not flashing on dash but relay clicking?

Hi All
Turn indicators relay making clicking sound but led on dash not flashing.
Does the relay control both the clicking and flashing function?
LED bulb ok as hazards working ok...same bulb. Have just used tin foil strips to"fix" pcb connections...don't have the skills of Covkid to do it properly. But mine works OK...actually Steve(?) told me about them...thanks, mate.
If the relay controls both clicking and turn signal led on dash, I can replace the relay...hey presto!
