inner sill

I,m going to be replacing the r/h inner and outer sill. Has anyone got any advice or pictures that could help me please?

Can't help with the pics as I never did mine but the Offside (rh) inner sill is not available from VW but you can still get it from VW in Germany. Cost me 100 euro's back in the days when a euro was about 70p.

When you say R/H that depends if you have a L/H or R/H slider. Are you talking about the 'kitchen' side?

As said abov. are you doing the outer sill or the wrap over outer sill come panal bottom

Left Hand slider. Doing the "kitchen side". R/h inner sill and outer sill are to be replaced. I've got all the panels I need just lacking a little knowledge. I appreciate the help, cheers dudes.

Nice one fellas. Much appreciated! Any tips on types of weld? Questions: Doug in those pics is that a puddle weld from inner sill to floor? And what's the sealant being used?

puddle of weld? not sure what you mean fella :?:

The sealant is Arbosil 1090 low modulus glazing sealant- being low modulus it forms a skin but doesn't set so i is able to move - after that it was all waxoyl/tetrasealed up also
