Hi could someone confirm if this timing marks on diesel injection pump mounting plate (JX ENGINE) is correct

I remember when I had my bus for Germany had to change headlight to R/h ones find them one marked hella H4 and the other not so perhaps they're OK just make sure you take out those cover inside the headlight. My oil pan on1.6 turbo diesel got a small crack and is leaking oil.
