Hi that the additional electric pump fitted to turbo diesel engine to help circulate the water after the engine is tuned off. And it comes on also when the temperature reaches about 107degree Celsius. Hope it make sense

Is this the right timing mark?

Hi could someone confirm if this timing marks on diesel injection pump mounting plate (JX ENGINE) is correct
Sorry for the picture the mark on the bracket is highlighted with red line

I remember when I had my bus for Germany had to change headlight to R/h ones find them one marked hella H4 and the other not so perhaps they're OK just make sure you take out those cover inside the headlight. You don't need them with modern light pubs, use long nose pliers and a bit of patient and h...

Thanks for that Ivorblueun have decided to face the unbeatable,
wrap myself well and crawl under the van and try to get it out if I want to do a good job.
Is it easy to unbolt the sump only or drop the engine first then the sump?

Has anyone tried to time the diesel pump and succeed?
I bought the timing kit for jx engine, and tried to use it as it's on the manual but still not working.
Pump been reconditioned by by Bosh last year

Cracked oil pan

Really need you advice here guys
My oil pan on1.6 turbo diesel got a small crack and is leaking oil.
Is there any temporary fix /patch while is on the car?
