Yea, it starts squealing when I turn the lights etc on.
The two belt system seems a pain, I'd rather have one large one.

Alternator Belt
Hi Folks,
My alternator and/or water pump belts are screeching like banshees!
I haven't anything to remove the bottom pulley unfortunately.
Is there a one belt conversion by any chance whereby the adjustment could be done at the alternator ?
Cheers

T25 1.6 Diesel Fuel Pump
Hi People According to a mechanic friend, it seems as if my T25 diesel fuel pump is not working. It is not sucking in fuel properly! I had to confess that I had been running the van on a mixture of veggie oil and diesel. I am told that such may be the reason for the pump's problem. Can these pumps b...

Glow Plug Failure
I have more diesel worries :-( This time total blow plug failure on another T25 bus. Plenty of juice flowing to busbar and plugs but plugs are knackered! The problem is that the dub needs to be started and moved. A neighbour suggested using a blowtorch or heat gun at the air intake to warm the insid...

Re: T25 won't rev and smoky
Actually, I've just been reminded that some months back I chucked a load of veggie oil into the tank mixing it with the diesel.
All worked fine but might I have damaged something? All the filters are clear however.

Re: T25 won't rev and smoky
Thanks guys
Glow plugs and cold start all ok.
Air filter ok.
Tried fresh diesel - placed fuel line into can of fresh.
That's all I can do.
its parked on the road and there's nowhere to store it, not that it starts and so can't move anyway.
cheers anyway

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure if it's relevant but the cold start lever which used to be a pain to pull out unless the engine was running comes out really easy now - coincidence?
