Re: Dashboard!!

I've not had this van long, and it has intermittently flashed the oil light and buzzed at me since I got it!! It is the first ...

Re: Banged engine bar!!
Thanks Steve, just taken her out for a spin and all seems ok bar the exhaust now blowing badly and vibrating from where the pipe exits the flange (the reason for the noise and lumpy feeling)...no leaking oil, the engine runs completely flat and doesn't vibrate, I suspect I was thinking the worst!! A...

Re: Banged engine bar!!
The engine mount looks ok, is it possible that I've cracked the case where it bolts to the engine bar?!

Re: Leaky rad!!
Thanks for the reply buddy, I thought stop leak might be a no go!! I'll have to whip the rad off and see what the dealio is...would happen a week after I drained, flushed and replaced the outrageously expensive coolant!!

Leaky rad!!
Hi all, I got a panicked phone call from the missus telling me that there was a pink puddle under the front of the van after she used it for work!! I ran it to temp this morning and noticed coolant dripping from the nearside bottom rad mounting, which I removed and the very bottom corner of the rad ...

Reverse light in 1st and 4th
Hi all, My reverse light comes on when in reverse (which is nice), but flashes briefly when I select 1st and also comes on when I stick it in 4th and stays on for as long as there's any pressure on the stick!! Re: What do you book in as?
Hi, what if you tow a caravan to a site with your camper but nobody is going to be sleeping in the camper on the site but you're planning to leave the site in the camper for the odd day and possibly night out around the area...is it just your towing vehicle?!

Re: Pulling back and bogging down?!
It's a 1.9 petrol, I'm in Lincoln UK, weather is damp but not particularly cold!!
The problem only occurs when she's warmed up!!
I'll check the filter and have a look at the jets!!
Thanks

Pulling back and bogging down?!
Hi, my van has started to pull back slightly whilst driving and bog down when pulling off which is making it a bit of a pain to drive. It doesn't happen from the word go, seems to start happening when the motor's warmed up, before this it's lovely to drive. It has had a weber carb, electric fuel pum...
