Re: Still dead
Tried the fuel trick but no joy not even a cough. I'm in agreement that it is timing or ignition related. Don't forget I had a electronic dizzy in before and same issue so don't think it is dizzy gap related. I'm getting a new battery to help any ways tomorrow as the old one has had it I think now. ...

Still dead
So tried putting another dizzy in and I still can't get her to turn over.
All things check ok. Fuel air spark but will try spark again tomorrow
If no spark what can it be if I have already tried a new dizzy
Coil is fine

Hi there.
Does anyone know the minimum and required compression readings for a 1.6ct T25 petrol engine. I have the kit and want to check?
Thanks

Re: Dead in the water

Fuel is going into float chamber at back and everything seems to be flowing as it should. So pump good carb good me thinks. Back to the d...

Re: Sealing yer Engine
Hi Sarran1955. Just to say I managed to get the old carb up and running but will always keep your offer in mind. I still have a few 34pict4 carbs left for spares. There were a couple of spots of oil on the road but were sorted with new seals in the Rocker covers. It would seem the oil has leaked ove...
