Where can I have custom cables made up for a reasonable cost

Does anyone know a reputable company that will make me a custom cable for my van; I need a throttle cable that is about a foot longer than standard so its a very simple cable. Everywhere seems to be extortionately priced and the turnaround is not very quick. Anyone know of a company that could do it...

Re: Gear selector bush kit: (where do the bushes go?)

Just spotted something that I missed earlier, in the first pic of the diagram above; under the gear stick there is another label for a bush which looks similar to the smaller bush. Is this the location for the smaller bush? Again if so, does that mean that the second, larger bush goes at the front o...

Gear selector bush kit: (where do the bushes go?)

Hi there; I bought this bush kit off ebay: http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z287/funkydelicduber/IMAG0991_zps6be8e788.jpg to improve the sloppy selection but I'm a bit perplexed as to the location of one of the bushes. If you have a look at the gear selector diagram (exploded view) in the Haynes m...

Re: HELP!!! Choke cable & throttle cable issues...

I have found a supplier on ebay that can do the inner wire and the outer casing for a reasonable price for whatever length but they have no ends on them. I'm wondering does anyone have any experience with cable crimp ends and how strong are they? i.e would they be withstanding for use on the end of ...

HELP!!! Choke cable & throttle cable issues...

OK a bit random but does anyone know where I can get an extra long choke cable from for a T25? I have fitted an 1800 8v Audi engine in my bus and I just can't seem to get hold of a long enough choke cable, I'm having issues with splicing cables together as it seems to result in them not 'pulling/pus...

Re: Seatbelt anchor points

I'm such a douche.... even if my van has got the anchor points I wouldn't know as it's been clad with some wierd material thats stuck on (honestly needs hammer and chisel to get it off - see my thread and you'll see what I mean) so I'll just have to wait and see whats under there when it comes off. ...
