Re: Winter Covers

Does anyone know what the law is about having a cover on the van on a public road?

For the problems of displaying the tax disc and the number plates?

Thanks

Dave

Re: Fitting West pop-top canvas instructions on Wiki?

Thanks for the runthrough there SmcKnighty. will come in useful when i finally take the plunge.. (maybe) Chris these are apparently alot harder as they are stapled on one side- which is a shame. If you do do it then let me know how it goes. my current pop is embarrssingly ripped and mouldy/skanky. W...

Re: Fitting West pop-top canvas instructions on Wiki?

Is your one stapled at the top and connected by strips at the bottom ?

Or the newer variety with strips on both sides ( which I think is easier )

I have a problem with my wipers, they are so slow when being used and with the amount of rain we get it feels dangerous to drive.

Any idea how I can increase the speed, I'm pretty sure they were not this bad last year...

wiring a stereo

Can anyone help identify whats going on here. I am trying to get my stereo hooked up so I don't have to sing to myself all day. Re: Newly recovered seats-westy joker

Thanks- you are about as likely to find that material as Cameron knowing the price of a pint- milk or beer! I just sold my lot but it is just possible that the guy I sold it to might sell on a repair piece. I'll pm him and ask if you like? ahahaa Well that's a shame, I should have got in there a li...

Re: Newly recovered seats-westy joker

Good work,

Did you keep the old material as I it is the same as my rather worn in places material.

Would be useful to have a little more to patch things up.

Did you need to re-stuff the front seats as that is something I need to do as there is literally no padding in the seat backs..
