Most conversion comoanies use vohringer - a german manufactured lightweight plywood. But it is bloody expensive - around 120quid a sheet I believe. You can by lightweight marine ply too - but it doenst have a melamine laminated surface like vohringer.

What are the other ends attached to? My guess is the air filter box. If so, they are for the air intake. Not original but no doubt do the job. Push one up through the snorkel so it is getting fresh cold air whilst driving.

Yeah,one uses 907s. But the cost of an underslung tank is immense.

Take it out for a good quick longish run. They drain down after a while if not used. If it persists, do an oil change with correct grade - 15w40 mineral.

If its a pierburg card they have an extra fuel filter cone in the fuel inlet. Believe the technique for removing it is delicately using a screw thread. Once removed, clean and reinstate.

Does that mean the actual heather or just the fan circulation? Tried mine the other week buti it was so hot, the thermostat wouldn't kick the heater in.
