might be easier and quicker to get a used door and either cut it up or fit it.

Live with it if you can and keep an eye out.

I picked up an excellent passenger door from the bay of fleas for £15

Just make sure the replacement is in good condition in the usual rot places like at the bottom and around where the handles fit :ok

many many thanks to metalmick8y and kevtherev !
re inner sill junctions to b and c posts.
cracking work and photos mm.
i on the other hand am miles out of my depth, taken old inner sill out,
got new one from schofields.
cut a section out of inner front wheel arch, and shuttle fitted it on top of jacking points
so as not to touch what is left of b and c pillars. make sense ? prob not, but looks ok .
got 2 brilliant condition primed cab doors on ebay for £150 metalmick8y, thanks for asking.

you guys really do know your stuff ! thanks again pros. kefoley1
