Post by ninja.turtle007 »

Running out of time before going to coney farm so quick advice please.

How do you change the power steering belt on a JX? Doesn't look obvious.

Thanks

Got to do mine sometime
To me it looks like you need to drop the back box, then 3 bolts holding the pulley together at the pump end. Thats how i was planning to do it any way.
I wouldn't worry to much, mines not that heavy without it attached
Time is a drug. Too much of it kills you

Sure is ! As you are looking at the pump from the back of the vehicle its at the bottom of the pump to the LHS. Not a whole lot of adjustment on it so you may need to take the bolt out to get your belt on. It is a lot easier to do with the exhaust off but you can do it with it on :ok
