The seam need some attention due to rust - what sort of cost (Roughly) am I looking at to treat these: Pics below. Cheers

how long is a piece of string question!!! you need to take it to a body shop for a quote not an easy thing to quote!

Have a read of this as it will give you some idea of whats going on behind there. If you can't weld yourself, you could always buy the panel, do the prep as outlined, then get your welding buddy to come and tack it all up for you:
