Re: Telescopic Pushrods
Just a note if anyone has a 2.0 Aircooled, you don't need telescopic as tubes can be changed via rocker covers. As to why VW didn't keep that feature on the watercooled we can only speculate....

Re: Telescopic Pushrods
They didn't put it on the 1.6 Aircooled either... Much to my disappointment!

Re: Telescopic Pushrods
Don't forget Status got robbed of most of their stock not long back so may not be available?
Plus they're cheaper from Machine7 and CSP.
£23.50 each.

Re: Telescopic Pushrods
Whats wrong with the spring loaded ones which are £60ish for a set of 8 from http://www.vwheritage.com/bbt/Aftermark ... 11-109-335
Or even the adjustable ones on the same page for £63 for 8

Re: Telescopic Pushrods
And better quality. Must admit most of the other bits on that page are in my bug
Personally, at £129 I'd strip the heads but for just over £60 I wouldn't bother.

Re: Telescopic Pushrods
The spring loaded ones at VW heritage are not available at the moment - apparently they have stopped making them (not sure if this is true or not)
