Is this the choke light ?

Thanks for all the info regarding my window seals.
Could you tell me if this is the choke light and if so why does it stay on ?

Yep, can you get a clearer shot of the symbol?
What year is your van? That could probably make a big difference as to wether my answer is relevant or not but here goes....

According to my handbook, it should be both the handbrake on warning lamp & brake fluid level warning lamp (as long as I've translated it correctly)

It is on mine anyway, (the one above would be ABS if fitted)

It is the hanbrake/fluid warning light.
