New head ? OR,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, brand new second hand ?
And did you check/replace the valves and the stem oil seals before fitting it ?

Hi not sure if it was new or reconed says new on the reciept but i know my old head was used as parts to rebuild it using new bits when needed cheers

its also spitting oil out of the exhaust

Check the oil return pipe (Turbo to Sump) common fault pipe only needs a slight blockage of carbon or crud, then restricts flow as its only gravity fall, other symptom if it does smoke alot when you rev it on tickover, if its thick black smoke, then Oil seals in the Turbo are shot.
Repair cost for a strip down, clean/decoke/re-fit new seals, + rebuild. Your looking at £250 + vat
