The carb on DG's doesnt usually "wear" its down to poor adjustment and leaks.. a rebuild kit usually cures most issues..

The LPG.. well beter to go see a GOOD lpg person.. Gasure should be able to help, but may not be close to you..
You could tweak up the carb idle setting a fraction.. and live witht he slightly high idle on petrol...

Card has nothing to do with tick over on lpg on my conversion. set the tick over the normal way on petrol. for gas mines has a couple of adjusters on vaporiser. black knob and screw. if i remember right, it's late and i've had a few, if yours has same, tighten screw til closed then turn black knob on top of vaporiser until van is ticking over at a healthy rpm. tick over on gas is normally a wee bit faster than petrol to stop it cutting out at speed when coasting
i may have got that in the wrong order, if so someone will be along soon to correct me
Why pay someone else to fix it for you when you can waste 2 months doing it yourself!
