Radio replacement
Just bought a t3, and the radio is always getting power even when the key is out. Is that normal for t3s or just shoddy wiring? Will it mess anything up to add a kill switch assuming I don’t want to rewire all the way to the ignition? It’s also the same for the cigarette lighter.

Re: Radio replacement
Hi
Welcome to the crazy world of the T3!
Has your van got a leisure battery? If so you will find that the previous owner has rewired not only the radio and cigarette lighter socket but also the interior lights to the leisure battery so that when camped up you can listen to the radio, have the lights on and charge your phone, without draining the starter battery.
Cheers
