Leaky injector at the base

Noticed this morning that the first injector looked a bit damp this morning to be honest think its been like this for ages, cleaned it off and stared engine whilst revving I could see slight bubbling (see pic ) whilst it may have been like this for ages it needs addressing, what's the diagnoses ? Can I nip it up with a slight turn or has the seal perished ?

personally, i wouldn't tighten it. You likely need to remove it and replace the copper washer

It doesn't sound hard to do but is there some level of competence needed ? I wouldn't want to over tighten etc

not really a hard job, but can be tricky to get the old ones out due to seizing. I'm sure there is a torque value somewhere for the injectors, i just nipped them in.

7.0kpm 50ftlbs for injectors replace heat shield,no copper washers,be careful when tightening as its possible to crack the head and break the side out of the head,the injector needs to screw in cleanly so clean the threads and seat before tightening it fully
