There isnt a part number on them, only a partial number for the forging.
One side is marked Germany, the other France.
No, this is not a joke!

I have a loose pair at work, can photo tomorrow to help identify, along with an reference dimension.

This might not be relevant to a German built example but here goes.

I fitted PAS to my South African T3 a couple of years ago. I was lucky enough to find a SA Caravelle being broken so set to to strip all the bits I needed. Despite checking all dimensions carefully I could not find a difference between the manual steering uprights and the pas ones so left them in place.

I fitted all components except the uprights and all has worked well.

There is definately a difference as to where the holes are drilled. Not sure they are required with electric power steering though.

Power steering have a shorter effective distance between the track rod holes and the ball joints centre line making the steering higher geared.
Power steering knuckle part numbers are.

the holes in robs pictures are closer to end of the hub ... from what i can see and standard manual non power steering set up are closer to the end ..but its not a lot so would they still work ok and not hit/knock any thing on full lock when turning??

It may not be a big difference but the change in leverage is significant.
The PAS rack has a much shorter stroke than the manual one (175 vs. 215mm iirc), so fitting a hydraulic rack to manual uprights will reduce the turning circle AND result in over-assisted steering.

Slightly different ages but those look like PAS to me.
Check that they have the brake caliper mounts that you need and are the same!
