put the standard size tyres into the left ...IE 185/80/14 ( if this is what your van left the factory with ? typical panel van ) then put the new tyre size into the right, it will tell you the difference ...remember that the speedo was designed to read 10 % over , so sometimes changing the wheels and tyres will improve the accuracy when measured with Sat nav, my previous Van was spot on with 215/60/16
But its not just the speedo that will be effected, bigger rolling radius will lower engine rpm for a given road speed , and vice verser , this can be used to good effect.
