window seal help

Hi all
I have just purchased some side window seals and need advice on removing old ones and refitting please

Its a Devon conversion

Perfect was trying to find that

Just cut the old seals out with a stanley/sharp knife. Lot easier and much less likely to damage the glass then trying to remove them leaving the seals intact - you're gonna bin them anyway.
