Fuel expansion tank question

Post by biker1981 »

Hi,

I just have a quick question - whilst removing the petrol tank to refurb all of the pipes and removeing the fuel expansion tanks i broke the nozzles off the valves that go in the top. I cant seem to find where the pipes that connect to the top go to....are they just breather pipes? is if so does it matter that if i dont replace the nozzle ... its still there just snapped the ends off.

any help appreciated.
