Hi everybody, this is the first time i've asked a question (only joined a little while ago).I've had my 83 caravelle (now converted to a camper) for a about two years now and i'm thinking of lowering it.Either by 45mm or 60mm.What i want to know is would the original steel wheels rub on the inner wheel arch or would they be ok,or would i have to put spacers on the rear.
Many thanks
Gary c
Simon Baxter is very knowledgable on lowering stuff - can be found on here or Brick-yard.co.uk there is a lot f info over there on the merits of various drops
Looking at lowering my van and it'll be going his way to lower and get the camber etc reset.

Have now order 60mm lowering kit from just campers (seems like a good price for springs & shocks). So will be fitting them at a weekend coming soon,so will post a note to let you know how it all went.
Thanks for everyones help.
