I bought a grille spoiler from an e bay "anchor" last month. No way would it fit without a serious trim cos the v dub grille badge got in the way. You also had to stick it on which would make getting to the grille release screws impossible. Spoiler was also bent out of shape. :x

Would it be possible for someone to pm the user id of the said "anchor" so I may avoid buying these parts.

There are some other bodykits up at the moment. These claim to be good quality but appear to be offered by "the cherrypicker". Does anyone have any experience of the black kits on sale at the moment.

I got my kit from timber technicians and have had to "adjust" it slightly in places but am very please with the result and the price!! The pic below is rather zoomed out but its the best I have at the moment.

I went to the bodyshop today and have to say the lads there have done a much better job then I thought but they are still far from right. All i can say is for gods sake dont buy these kits there utter "pooh". If your still not sure please come and have a look at my van at vanfest. Just pm me your phone number and i'll tell you where im camped.

Holly if your bumpers fit please pm me when your ready to sell them and i'll have 1 front and 2 rears off you so i can get these "pooh" bumpers off my van. Will you be able to do the sides aswell?

My £250.00 body kit is ok but I have ditched the side planks as they are not particularly straight and don't look that good.

With body kits you seem to get what you pay for. They are cheap for a reason. Projektzo (spelling) kits are around €1100 and I bet they fit like a glove.

I am saving up for a genuine kit but me and our kid spent 20 hours prepping painting and fitting the last one I will be paying someone to fit the next one.

Holly - Look forward to your kits being produced. Sounds like a area to get into considering the demand for them.

Why not just buy genuine second hand big bumpers from carravelle's/bluestars etc as these will fit perfectly and they will be no more expensive than poor fitting copies that will need painting anyway. Side planks are more difficult to get hold of for RHD vans i admit but at least the bumpers and door pods will be right. I got mine from VF last year for £225 inc all fittings so they are out there.
