Steering

Post by JewelD »

Steering wheel question... For T25's coming with power steering from factory (Westfalia) was there a small steering wheel included, or was it the standard VW one? Asking as have a 1987 club joker with a large VW wheel but a 'spare' smaller one has been found in the storage....Image

Factory P/S wheels are smaller than standard. But that isn't one.

The factory power steering wheels are still quite large by modern standards, in order that the indicator and wiper stalks remained broadly in the right place.
They're 45cm 42cm in diameter,, whereas the non PAS wheels are a few inches bigger.
