Ok, so all spade connectors replaced.
Still no wipers, but if I do the work around they appear a bit faster.
Not sure where to go now
Wipers work but only by pulling the indicator stalk back with headlights on only

Excellent news -
The fact that the relay clicked on and off at the correct times really confused the issue.
But it is fixed now.
Hopefully, you will be able to restore all the wiring to how it should be, not relying on 'work arounds'.

Hopefully and thanks for your help Robsey,
Winter will be dash out time for the blower fix, I reckon it's just seized as probably had little to no use in SA.
It was stressful not being my skill set but it starts and runs. I think I plugged the AC back in wrong as it doesn't blow now (not that it was cold anyway).
