Jx not starting after install

NO switch instead of NC? As to why you might have 2 wronguns ........

Normally open/normally closed.

Cheers, although still not understanding, engine was a runner with one of the switches and the other came from another runner both jxtd
How do i rectify this problem?

JX has two switches, low (NC) and high (NO). Sounds like you have somehow swapped the wires, or fitted two high, normally open switches. From memory, the blue/black wire goes to low switch at back of head, yellow wire to high switch on filter housing.
