Anybody ever had a stuck sump plug? I've never had a problem remembering which way to tighten or loosen a bolt, regardless of it's orientation, so it's not that, but my sump plug simply won't budge

Sure will do!

Oil change all done last week.

However, I think some idiot has overtighten my sump plug previously. I got a replacement sump plug, as former looked a bit worn. Had a bit of an issue starting the thread, when putting back in. I got it in ok. Though the winding in I thought would of been more fluid!
No leaks, though at the next oil change (probably 2018), maybe re-threading is required!

Thanks, I just used a longer spanner than the Fisher Price I'd tried...
