Intermittent wiper

Hello I have a 1981 1.6d T3
I would like the intermittent window wiper, I have removed the little white clip in the stalk, I have read about putting a 19 relay into relay section 10......... I only have 5 relay sections.
Am I missing something??????? Apart from my marbles
Can anyone please help, I am not an auto electrician, but I will have a go

On the early vans like yours, the wiring isn't there so it's a bit more complicated. I cable tied a relay to the steering column and spliced in the wires. There is a guide online.
