JX Turbo torque settings

Post by carthago ian »

I had to remove the turbo on my JX, can't find the correct torque settings for the 4 bolts; I have a Bently manual that only gives me the settings for the exhaust manifold . Need to crack on with this as my holidays are early June .. Cheers

JX Turbo torque settings

The manual says:

45Nm
Coat thread and head contact surface with G 00500

I think the G 00500 might be some type of Copaslip high temperature grease? I'm sure somebody with a bit more knowledge will be along soon to confirm.
