Changing ignition switch

Post by Ant-t »

Just following on from Sunray's electrics thread, I want to replace my ignition switch. I've removed the plastic steering column shrouds but the unit seems completely sealed, can anyone shed some light...

Removing key barrel is a different matter but switch is easy.

Single pozidrive screw from underneath detaches the nylon switch from the lock/barrel....for security reasons this was designed to be inaccessible, hence the long winded method to change.
