There seems to be something missing from the base plate the lower section that attatches to the van can these be bought ???

Photobucket looks slightly different now to that described in the WIKI, but the principle is the same.

If it' a genuine one it'll consist of 3 parts, the base which welds in, a circular centre plate and the top plate that has the seat runners on it.
