Re: Acrylic Stone Guards for Square Headlights
Only started because I wanted a set for my own van. Once you have drawn them on cad and get the dimensions right it seemed a shame not to have a go at a few sets.
I am lucky that we have a laser cutter at the school I work in.

Just a note the protective coating is on both sides.

These look great, I will have access to a lazer cutter in a months time. Are there any patterns available to make a set of these?

Re: Acrylic Stone Guards for Square Headlights
Great idea, nicely made, I'm having problems fitting between light and grill.
My headlights appear to be a little proud of the grill, anyone else had this problem, or anyone tried taking grill off to fit guards and then putting grill back on?

Re: Acrylic Stone Guards for Square Headlights
You have to take the grill off to fit them and they go in from the rear. Only 5 turn catches and the grill comes out.

That good fit is the reason they don't come off

Got one in fine, unfortunately the second cracked when trying to ease in from the back.

I couldn't figure how it would go in from the back so did them both from the front. The grill was off though due to painting but I must admit I was scratching my head a little

Re: Acrylic Stone Guards for Square Headlights
Thanks to NicQ for sorting, happy to give it another go, but with even more care this time.
Wish my grill looked as nice as Nordbergs however if it did it would put the rest of the van to shame.
