I am looking an an oil change on my 1985 1.9L Water cooled T25
Please could you tell me what I need in terms of seals, sump bolts, filter size ect?
Also what is the best oil to go for, I am thinking the oil have not been changed in ALONG time.

You need 5L of 15W40 Mineral oil and a oil filter, you can get them from most motor factors by telling them your vehicle reg and details.
Assuming it has the original sump plug you need a 13mm socket and ideally a torque wrench to do it back up to 25Nm, don't over tighten.
Again ideally a new copper washer but that just to stop it dripping if it does not seal well, motor factors should have the washers too M14
To get the old oil filter off you ideally need a strap or chain removal tool but you can do it the messy way and punch a screwdriver through to loosen it off.
don't poor the old oil down the drain, take it to your local waste recycling centre ( the dump) who have a tank for disposal.
