Nice solution, especially as I've just seen a crack in my maestro lense.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

to all prospective buyers, they clip into the headlamp surround / grill, they are a nice tight fit, i just drilled the end supports and put small cable tie through.

They will go ahead but I need to make new jigs as the preproduction ones were only temporary.
This will be several weeks as I can only do it lunch times and evenings at work.
