wipers wont work

desperate for help
wipers will not work on my T25...Ive remove and cleaned the stalk and replaced fuse and relay..still no joy..ive even replace the wiper stalk for new.
theres no sign of any problems around the wiring ..Strangely the internal heating fan will not work either

any ideas

I think the heater and wipers work off the same fuse , change the fuse for a new one they can sometimes look ok but not be

tried that and didn't work..batttriey is fully charged aswell

For anyone else researching old threads.
Try changing the load reduction relay, it isolates high power circuits when the engine is cranking and if it's wearing out/worn out the circuit won't be remade correctly when the cranking stops

May need to disconnect battery and unscrew and lift fusebox away so you can check connections on the reverse. May need reseating.

Also, fuse can often look intact but have a hairline crack in it.
