access to starter motor on CU engine

Post by f1fan111 »

Hello,

I'm having some problems starting my 2.0 air cooled camper, I would like to clean up the connections on the starter motor but not sure which is the easiest way to do it? Should i follow haynes manual or is there a better way to access the cables?

thanks

Did ours by lying on my back, feet sticking out from under back of van, most likely be the small trigger wire with the spade connectors, good luck.

As said but check carefully the condition of ALL cables to starter AND at battery end. If they're green, corroded or have strands breaking away, you may need to renew. Most T25s by now (if untouched) have bad main cables:

Roller paint your camper at home: http://roller.epizy.com/55554/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for MP4 download.
