Electric pumps are constant, they just go marginally quieter when the line is full. You sure its up to the job? Mine was about £28 and a facet rather than a copy. I did some browsing of other forums before I bought it and do remember a few saying the cheap ones were unreliable. The other problem could be you have a blocked tank.

Pump is a POS! so going back! which model do you have?
Now i have all the wiring in place i guess i might aswell buy a decent one!

Thats the one. Draws 2 amps. I know its 8mm fitting but I managed to patch it in ok with some lateral thinking. Will keep up no problem.

Cheers. ill get one on order.
Im 8mm from tank to engine bay anyway as olf mech pump needed that.
Will update when it arrives, will get the switch for the manual/off/auto working too.
