Iv been under the van for a few weeks now faffing with clutch and brake pipes etc and generally I thought it was in good condition and we were all fairly shocked when I heard the news from the garage that is looked pretty bad.
By pick up points, are you referring to the last two photos?

your front jp's and rear ones together with arm mounts and both B and C post bottoms are gone, you want a linky

Yeah i figured that was the case.
Any idea of a rough rough cost of to get the van roadworthy? As i said im used to rust so I dont think any figure will shock me.

aye well they are the areas that in my opinion have to be reconstructed as built and with the same of thicker steel then you get another 25 years out of them,there is no point patching over stuff ( not suggesting you were)

Going off topic a little,do you know what conversion that interior is? It's the closest to ours I've seen and ihave looked at lots and lots . yours is identical in layout and wood unit faces , even the door handles.

Believe its a Richard Holdsworth conversion

MV Engineering in Telford did my van have a look at his photos on his facebook page MV Engineering there are loads of photos of the work on my white T25 .

Thanks for everyone who helped, Van is booked in for the first week in december with someone very local who will also be restoring my classic mini next year

I used to work at a garage that only dealt in the real mini, just wish my T25 had external seams so could spot weld it as is only type am any good at 

'89 Reimo High Top conversion now with added GTI
