If the flame goes out it is going to be the thermocouple. Fridge out time, no other way to do it. :(

As Autosleepers have one large vent just remove that along with the flue vent.
There are 4 screws in the cupboards
turn the gas off at the manifold
the fridge slides forward easily

I have an 88 trooper. Fridge will take a while to cool on 12v. I pop it on, on the way to where I'm staying. Then use a hook up when i get there. This works for me!

I can't get my fridge to work of gas either. Just bought a new switch to try. So fingers crossed.

Also make sure van is level as the fridge coolant is gravity fed, this can cause an issue if you're parked a bit wonkey!

Oh and Welcome!

Not level fridges cause heat from the pilot going up into the heat exchanger poorly that causes inefficiencies.
