Any decent multigrade Rob...no need for special oils just a good brand.

Cheers people,

Just wondered if it should be a 15/50 mineral oil only.

Personal choice mate
I use a 20w/50 mineral because I prefer it to synthetic.

Thanks everyone, have decided to go with 15/50 ordered some Morris's 15/50 Golden film. Have used their oils before ( straight 30) in my old type 2 always seemed good. Used to use that green Halfords 20/50 in my old Triumph Spitfire which also seemed to stay nice and clean for for a good while.
