Does this rear trailing armlook OK? Removal started

Mine's had various repairs done to it in the past by who knows how many previous owners.

They are all IMHO utter shyte, so are all getting gradually cut out and repaired properly by me, along with the rest of the crustyness (including those TA mounts!), of which there is rather more than i realised when buying the van, so the process is taking rather longer than i anticipated!

I've just found quite a bit of crustyness today after starting to remove the underseal from the front arch. I will add that to my main build/restore thread later!

Eventually managed to get the bushes out and cut the old spring seat off. Took it to be sand blasted for just £5. Here it is waiting to be painted.

maybe they can... this is what mine looked like a few days ago:

Get them sand blasted and you never know they may be salvageable.

Haha I've had my van 2 years and just when I thought, body work nearly done, fit the engine, paint and build an interior I discovered trailing arms, rotten brakes and all that goes with those areas. I'm doing as much myself so taking ages! Good luck. Jon.
