Wedgies Workshop - Darren's you're man.

Darren - 07966841082

I'm totally bowled over with how the van looks, it honestly looks brand new. Darren has been really fastidious with his work leaving no stone unturned. There are a few bits of the van that still need sorting, but its just doors and stuff that i can get Darren to do at his leisure and bolt them on later on, the whole job was on a bit of a financial and time limit so these things had to wait.

Everything that he has done just looks amazing. when i get a minute i'll post up some pics of inside the wheel arches, they look like it just left the factory.

Really nice! Send those pics of the archs, I want to see more of it:)

My Van is a 16" panel uncut, but still needs a lot of metal work to become nice. But, I work far away from where it is parked so no time yet for her...

Very nice :ok

I'm often in the conundrum of cutting my RHD Panel.

I think I might just go with a window in the sliding door for now :?

Wish mine had the bulk head slats in the rear panel though, they look good

I currently live in Amsterdam, but I am from Greece and the van is now in Athens after a summer trip there. I had to leave it there because of lack of space in Amsterdam. I am currently looking for a small garage to rent in Athens, so I can do fixes during my holidays - at least the underneath of the body (most importantly rear arms, breaks, cv joins, vc, shocks etc. ) maybe also apply undersealing and then I might move it back to Amsterdam for body work, if I don't find a good body repair shop in Greece.

Needless to say that once I find the correct workshop, I will start a thread in the forum to document the fixes and get the so much desired advice from you guys :D

Also I believe that both of our vans are from the same company in Finland:)

You are right :D I can see the tell tale blue paint of the electricity company where your front mud guard is missing - can you see the remnants of some stripes on the side? I would love to see a photo of the vans in full company livery.

Yes, when I washed it I could see the glue from the stickers and the stripes, that is how I found out the company name. I recognized that we had the same company vans from the pics you posted of the back interior, with all this heavy metal shelves. I once found one photo of a doka van from the same company up in the mountains assisting a helicopter that was cutting the tips of trees to protect high voltage posts. Check out here:
