Think I have the standard 4 foot jack which I would say is fine for most vans

Cool, just bought a hi lift from ebay . 4ft with a few extras, 50£ , would have bought one at the show had i thought and saved on postage - do i need some sort of extension bar? **novice at work**

I borrowed one from dave at futbus when we went to France and just before we left it dawned on me that the Andreas springs etc meant it was too high for the standard jack to work. I wasn't going to carry my hi lift trolley jack with me.

They are great bits of kit though - keeping a daily eye on ebay now.

seems i got lucky, although at the overland show the red 4' hi lift was being sold new for 75. not sure what extras you would have needed (foot pad etc)
