pdf24 is free, we use it loads.
For the final fiddly menu bits, we would need a proper version of adobe acrobat to do the menu etc.

Just downloaded it and tried it. Its good. Could you drop all that work into a real copy of Adobe for the final editing? Are they friendly?

yeah, pdf is a kinda industry standard.
acrobat is a bit nicer and a bit less clunky, but costs, bulk of the work could be done with pdf24 [or similar, there are loads out there, I just picked that one as it was top after a Google] and then just tidied up with acrobat.
or, if someone has acrobat it could all be done with that.
When I worked at Nissan all our data books and repair manuals were dirty great .pdfs, worked well.

Re: Anyone bored/out of work? The ETKA project
Started to do this but there is an endless amount of images and 10 years for each set, I spent half an hour on it only to realize that I was only getting the "visible text" so had to go back and start again. I have done the first twenty images but became disheartened at the sheer amount of tedious repetition.
Would I need to "print" each Page for every year?
Any suggestions for "shortcuts" would be greatly accepted.
